The Nordic Championships in Magic 2026 will take place at Quality Hotel 11 in Gothenburg, offering the perfect setting for three inspiring days of magic, competitions, lectures, performances and networking.

The event is proudly organized by Gothenburg Magic Club (GMK) in collaboration with the Swedish Magic Circle (SMC). We warmly welcome competitors, guests and magic enthusiasts from around the world.

As part of our long-standing tradition, GMK presents the event under the name Top Hat Festival. The festival dates back to 1969, and in 1977 we had the honour of welcoming the legendary magician Dai Vernon as our guest of honour.

Meet Artists at Lectures and Gala Show

Andreas works as a product developer, inventor and teacher. He performs magic whenever he has the opportunity and loves to test out his crazy new ideas. Almost every routine in his personal repertoire is handmade by him self and he hand crafts everything in the MetalWriting range.

Caroline’s journey from the pulpit to the stage was anything but ordinary. From theology student to internationally acclaimed artist. Inspired by her grandfather, she turned a childhood curiosity into a world-class performance. Now performing at corporate events, luxury cruises, and galas around the world.

Mads is the Nordic Champion of Stage Magic and the Grand Prix Winner of the 2025 Nordic Championships. His award-winning performances combine elegant mentalism with stunning visual illusions, creating unforgettable moments of astonishment.
